About me
In my 21 years of experience as a psychotherapist for individuals, groups, families, and adults — in hospitals, private clinics, and my own practice — I’ve treated almost everything except addiction.
Just contact me with your concerns, and together we’ll find out if I can help you with my expertise and experience.
Whether I’m the right therapist for you is always an interpersonal and individual matter.

My Philosophy
A good therapy develops on the grounds of a sufficiently good therapeutic relationship. If we achieve that, the rest unfolds naturally: through trust, focus, and constructive collaboration.
I can only help you to help yourself.
I can’t do magic.
I can’t take responsibility for your actions or decisions.
What I can offer is to accompany you during the course of therapy — helping you analyse, understand, evaluate and re-evaluate your life experiences, and the things that make you feel awkward or unhappy. We will revisit your past to connect it with your present, so your future might unfold in a more satisfying way. Together we explore the hows and whys of your active and passive experiences, and what shaped them. The idea being: only you can, if you choose to, change what makes you unhappy.
